1st Day of Journey:

  • Upon arrival assistance and guidance at Jeddah Airport.
  • After immigration we will then set off to the city of Makkah by coach/bus with the group.
  • Check in Makkah Hotel
  • Perform Umrah with the Group leader/Staff

Staying in Makkah till 19th Ramadan:

  • 1st till 19th Ramadan staying in Makkah hotel, take the advantage and spend most of the time in ibadat inside Masjid-Haram.
  • Ziyarat of historical places in Makkah will be arranged with the group after Fajar/Asr Salah (Group leader will inform the customers in advance).
  • Food (Sahoor & Iftar) will be served at hotel during the stay in Makkah.

20th Day of Ramadan:

  • We will check out from Makkah hotel around 13:00pm (local time).
  • We depart to the city of Madinah by coach/bus with the group.
  • Check in Madinah hotel around 18:00pm (local time).

Staying in Madinah:

  • Staying in Madinah hotel from 20th Ramadan till 1st day of EID and spend most of your time in the Ibadat inside Masjid-Nabwi.
  • Ziyarat of historical places in Makkah will be arranged with the group after Fajar/Asr Salah (Group leader will inform the customers in advance).
  • Food (Sahoor & Iftar) will be served at hotel during the stay in Madinah

1st day of EID:

  • Offer EID salah in Masjid Nabwi.
  • Special breakfast will be served on the EID day.
  • Group will check out from the hotel around 13:00 pm (local time).
  • We will return to the airport by coach/bus with the group leader to take the flight back home.

Terms & Conditions
Read it carefully

Booking terms & Conditions set out in this section, together with any other written information we brought to your attention before we confirmed your booking, form the basis of your contract with Takbeer Tourism Group. Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations.

By making a booking, the lead person on the booking agrees on behalf of all persons detailed on the booking that:

a. He/she has read these terms and conditions and has the authority to and does agree to be bound by them;
b. He/she consents to our use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy;
c. He/she is over 18 years of age and where placing an order for services with age restrictions declares that he/she and all members of the party are of the appropriate age to purchase those services;
d. He/she accepts financial responsibility for payment of the booking on behalf of all persons detailed on the booking.
It is parents’ responsibility to take care of their children under 16 years old throughout their journey and stay. We, Hotel management, group leader don’t take any responsibility for children supervision.
Children/infants must hold their own valid passport at time of booking and travelling.

Some airlines might decline to carry a woman who will be 28 weeks or more pregnant on the date of her return travel, depending on the airlines’ guidelines you are travelling with, as their rules may change. Infants must be minimum 6 weeks old or more to travel by air and must either sit on an adult's lap or occupy an infant seat (depending on the airline policy).

Children aged 2 years or more must take up a seat and children must be under 2 years of age on the date of their return flight to be permitted for the infant fare level, which is usually 10% - 20% of the International Air Transport Association's (or IATA's) published fare and also incur airline taxes.
Our packages do not include any type of travel insurances (including medical) so we strongly advice our customers to take out travel insurance on their own prior to departure for their peace of mind.
It is customers’ liability to check all health requirements prior to travelling. Customer should obtain all essential advice from their doctors regarding immunization or health check-ups relevant for the country they are travelling to.
All cancellations must be received in writing 3 weeks prior to the departure date or immediately whichever is sooner. Any money can be refunded as per cancellation guidelines. In addition to above addition penalties and/or changes imposed by hotel/airline/bus companies together with services or hotel space may be imposed.

All (any) changes are subject to availability, limitations and restrictions of the relevant hotel or Flight.

The refundable amount of your booking (if any) will be refunded to you after deduction of relevant Hotel or flight cancellation fees once we receive it from Hotel supplier or airlines depending on their cancellation policy and refund time frame.
We reserve the right to cancel your hotel & flight booking if we have made a mistake in relation to the price or else. We will ensure that we inform you of such mistakes prior to your departure or Journey.
Takbeer Travel and Tours believes in professionalism and its staff and management conduct themselves in a professional manner when interacting with others or when managing costumers. We expect that our customers will respect our staff and will always consider their own behavior and the impact this can have on others.

Any kind of unacceptable behavior is not permitted/acceptable. Such behavior includes bullying, harassment and victimization and may involve actions, words or physical gestures that could reasonably be perceived to be the cause of another person’s distress or discomfort. In case of such incident of unacceptable behavior of customer, we will cancel the booking of the customer without any refund.
Any additions/commitments made by sub agents/team member including group leader will not be included or entertain until unless it is authorized by us in writing.

The following items are not included in the price of your package (Umrah, Hajj, flights or holiday trips), unless we otherwise advise you: postal charges where applicable, airport taxes (where not pre-payable or pre-paid), items of a personal nature such as drinks, room service, laundry, own meals (unless specified), baggage charges, excess baggage, medical, personal & baggage insurance, telephone calls and the cost of anything else not expressly identified as being included in the booking.
You consent to receiving electronic messages, marketing communications from us containing marketing and promotional material and subject to any applicable law and agree that we do not need to include an "unsubscribe" facility in any electronic message sent to you.

Takbeer Tourism Group may contact you by text message, email or other digital service (such as through our applications that you install on your mobile device), phone or post to let you know about flight specials, our promotions or any new or existing products or services, and those of our related companies.

Takbeer Tourism Group reserve the right to use any picture that may have been taken whilst on Hajj & Umrah journey. If you don’t wish for your pictures to be used, then please inform us immediately.
ATOL is a financial protection scheme covering UK travelers. Only ATOL Protected tour operators can provide the peace of mind and full financial protection. The prices of our flight offers & flight inclusive holiday packages include the amount of £2.50 per person as part of the ATOL Protection Contribution (APC) we pay to the UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). It is done as per CAA guidelines.

What is ATOL and what does it do for me?

"Your Financial Protection When you buy an ATOL protected flight or flight inclusive holiday from us you will receive an ATOL Certificate. This lists what is financially protected, where you can get information on what this means for you and who to contact if things go wrong." “We, or the suppliers identified on your ATOL Certificate, will provide you with the services listed on the ATOL Certificate (or a suitable alternative). In some cases, where neither we nor the supplier are able to do so for reasons of insolvency, an alternative ATOL holder may provide you with the services you have bought or a suitable alternative (at no extra cost to you). You agree to accept that in those circumstances the alternative ATOL holder will perform those obligations and you agree to pay any money outstanding to be paid by you under your contract to that alternative ATOL holder. However, you also agree that in some cases it will not be possible to appoint an alternative ATOL holder, in which case you will be entitled to make a claim under the ATOL scheme (or your credit card issuer where applicable).” “If we, or the suppliers identified on your ATOL certificate, are unable to provide the services listed (or a suitable alternative, through an alternative ATOL holder or otherwise) for reasons of insolvency, the Trustees of the Air Travel Trust may make a payment to (or confer a benefit on) you under the ATOL scheme. You agree that in return for such a payment or benefit you assign absolutely to those Trustees any claims which you have or may have arising out of or relating to the non-provision of the services, including any claim against us, the travel agent (or your credit card issuer where applicable). You also agree that any such claims may be re-assigned to another body, if that other body has paid sums you have claimed under the ATOL scheme.”
We can only issue an invoice for the total amount paid for package. Our contractual obligations with the supplier do not allow us to issue an invoice for the individual travel components of a package. Invoices may not be provided at the time you make a booking but are available on request.

Invoice errors or omissions

We reserve the right to correct any error in rates quoted or miscalculated for any Takbeer Tourism Group package or any other product or service quoted on our Website.

Full Payment

Full payment for Umrah are due at least 4 weeks before departure and for hajj 6 – 8 weeks. Payment for flights needs to be made in full before tickets can be issued. If for any reason payment is not cleared or is rejected, the booking will be cancelled, any deposit amount already paid will be forfeited and the appropriate cancellation charges will apply at our discretion.

Amendments

- Amendments must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the day of departure and will incur a fee. You will also be required to pay any fare difference and any charges levied by the suppliers, which can be up to 100% of the cost of the booking.

- Amendments inside 48 hours for bookings will result in forfeiture of the total cost of the booking.
Our products in regards to Hajj & Umrah are based on Saudi Riyals and therefore all prices are quoted in are converted into pounds Sterling. In the event of drop in sterling pound exchange rate and full payment is not been made you/customer will be liable to pay the difference.

We reserve the right to amend the price of the unsold arrangements at any time and update prices of confirmed arrangements accordingly.

The price of your confirmed package is subject at all times to variations in:

i. Taxes/fees chargeable for services such as landing taxes or embarkation or disembarkation fees at ports and airports, any visas that are included as part of your booked arrangements or any additional charges imposed upon us by the Saudi Authorities; or

ii. the exchange rates used to calculate your arrangements;
We reserve the right to increase our admin charges for services at any time without prior notice.

Payments

Takbeer Tourism Group reserves the right to retain all passports and documents until payment of the service provided is received in full.
These terms and conditions govern the provision of all and any services provided by us in respect of but not limited to the processing of visas, passports and/or documents for our clients and all bookings placed by our customers are made and accepted subject to the terms hereinafter set out.
Takbeer Tourism Group will utilize its best effort to process applications for visas at the customer’s request. However, we shall not undertake any liability for any action of any consulate/embassy, in delaying or refusing any visa application for any reason including

• Incomplete application
• Incorrectly/falsely completed application.
• Incomplete or false supporting documentation.

Regarding visa applications’ processing, time frames shown on our website are estimated only. Though we do advice our customers to give sufficient time for visa processing and not to confirm any travel plan or tickets until your visa is issued.

Umrah visa services fee is NON-REFUNDABLE once applied and if your visa is refused by the Royal embassy of Saudi Arabia then you will incur full service charges.

The application for a visa may be refused if the applicant FAILS to provide true and complete information on the form. Takbeer Tourism Group reserves the right to refuse, at its total discretion, to handle any application or carry any item at any time and no reason will be given.

Takbeer Tourism Group will not be responsible for any losses due to delays of any nature in visa processing and refusal of visa by the relevant authorities.
Takbeer Tourism Group gives carefully compiled visa and passport information in good faith on the express understanding that the given information is the interpretation of any or all information provided by the respective embassies, consulates or passport offices at any or all times. We will not accept any kind of liability for any errors and/or omissions in the information.

The regulations of the obtained visa should be strictly followed; otherwise, the applicant shall be responsible for all consequences arising afterward.

Any type of Work or of Fund raising is not permitted/ prohibited on visitor, Umrah & Hajj visas.
It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that the validity of the obtained visa/passport includes and covers the periods of time in which the customer plans to enter and leave the visiting country/countries. In addition, visa includes the number of entries in the country that are valid for the purpose intended.
Takbeer Tourism Group will not accept any liability for any passport/ supporting documents misplaced, damaged, delayed or destroyed by the consulate/embassy.

We will not take any liability for loss/delay/damage parcel when using a Postal service.
We advise customers not to purchase any ticket prior to the visa/passport being issued unless it is a specific obligation for that consulate/embassy and in such cases ONLY open tickets should be bought. Otherwise, Takbeer Tourism Group will not hold any responsibility for any travel expense or charges incur due to any reason.
WE don’t take any responsibility for loss or damage of your luggage or other personal belongings including passport.

Customer is liable to check all the travel documents before departing. Make sure you have obtained a visa to travel to your destinations.

Customer must have a valid passport for the travel period and the expiry date of your passport must be acceptable to the countries you are traveling to.
The issuance of Hajj Visas normally starts very late into the Hajj application process; however we start processing passports in the month of Ramadan, but you will not receive your passport back with stamped visa approximately a week before your departure date.
Takbeer Travel and Tours don’t take any liabilities due to delayed, rescheduling or cancellation of airlines or flight anywhere around the world under any circumstances.

In the case of flight cancellation, your rights will be governed by the airline's guidelines. Consequently, you may be permitted to: (a) carriage on another flight with the same airline without additional costs; (b) re-routing to your destination with another carrier without additional costs; (c) receiving a full refund.

Any changes to flight schedule may due to air traffic control restrictions, weather conditions, operational/maintenance requirements and the obligation for passengers to check in on time.

Should delays or cancellations occur, the airline would normally provide refreshments, meals and if necessary accommodation. We do not provide any such services at the point of departure or at the point of return to the UK. Any claim relating to such events must be made directly to the airline (s).
In some cases, airfares do/may not include airport taxes, enforced by some airport authorities of the countries you’re travelling to. Customer will be required to pay them directly to the respective authorities.
Generally, low cost flights fares are non-refundable. If the reason for your cancellation is covered by the terms & conditions of your travel insurance policy, you have taken out then you may be able to reclaim any applicable non-refunded fares or cancellation charges from the travel insurers.
All bookings should be confirmed in writing Any verbal quotes given are estimates only that will be subject to a written advice upon confirmation of the booking. Any booking reservation made is subject to availability, confirmation and time limit. The person carrying out a booking acknowledges that Takbeer Tourism Group reserves the right to deny a booking request for any or no reason.

Once booking is confirmed/issued name changes are not permitted for any bookings.

It is important that you provide correct accurate personal information such as your full name as on passport, passport number and nationality, ages of the children (if any) at the time of booking.

Takbeer Tourism Group will contract with you once you confirm your booking and we accept it only when we send you a confirmation invoice indicating that we have reserved your ticket or holiday. You must check schedule & personal information sent to you by email and confirm in reply that booking reserved is correct and as per your wishes.
We are responsible for providing the service that we have confirmed to you. If you cancel or alter your booking later you may have to pay an additional charge.

Specific seating (window seat) on the operating airline (s) or specific location for the hotels rooms (floor or room view) cannot be guaranteed and are determined at the time of check-in only.
You must read all airline policies with respect to the carriage of baggage, which apply to your Package. Airlines may have their own policies that restrict the size, number, weight and dimensions of allowable luggage (both carry-on and registered baggage).

Some airlines may charge a baggage fee if you carry luggage that exceeds the restrictions or allowances outlined in each individual policy. Any fees payable to airlines for the carriage of baggage will be in addition to the cost of your package unless we otherwise expressly state.

All voucher/itineraries have been prepared with information received from the supplier (airlines/hotel booking). Takbeer Tourism Group is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information contained in voucher/itineraries where that information has been provided by the supplier and will not be liable for any loss or damage (including personal injury or property damage) you may incur because of the supplier providing incorrect or inaccurate information about a product or service in your package/flight.
Full payment of flight booking for all the travelers is required before the booking reservation time expire or at time of issue.

We don’t guarantee the same fare if ticket is not issued, that is reservation time limit is expired or reservation is cancelled.
Please note that every hotel has its own cancellation policy and guidelines. You may be charged for your cancellation in accordance with the hotel’s cancellation and no-show policy. We advise you to read the cancellation policy and other guidelines of the hotels carefully before making your booking at hotel information page.

By making a booking with a hotel, you agree and understand to the cancellation and other guidelines policy of that hotel including any extra terms and conditions (service charges) of the hotel that may apply to your booking or during your stay.
We are not responsible for any star ratings provided by the hotels advertised on our website. Star ratings are used to represent the overall quality, level of service, food standard and range of facilities available in any given hotel. The criteria of star ratings applied within each country are different and as supplied by Ministry of Tourism. It is provided to you for information purposes ONLY.

5 star Hotels rooms are based on double occupancy extra bedding is added for triple and quad occupancy, unless otherwise stated in the description of your Package.

Any supplementary services charges such as parking, phone calls, internet service (Wi-Fi), room service, additional bedding or any additional surcharges are not included in the price of your package and must be paid by you directly to the hotel management.

Hotels may have a minimum age requirement. If guests do not meet the minimum age requirements, they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian or a photo identification may be required at check-in.

Guests may be required to present a valid credit card (not debit) or passports and booking voucher at the check-in time for proof of identifications.

If you require specific information regarding a service available in a certain hotel such as their pet policy, bedding, elevators, food in restaurants, cleaning, staff and children, please inform us at the time of booking.

Please read the description of the hotel before making the booking, customers should contact us if they have any queries.
We do not take any liability for the distance/photographs mentioned on our website/flyer with regards to hotels. Information in regards to distance from the city centre/ Haram Shareef (Makkah & Madinah) and the location of the hotel is concerned, it is provided for indicative purposes only. Customer should contact us if they have any queries prior to booking.

Maps are shown for general information and may not reflect actual routings, locations or services provided. Whilst photographs display places in geographic areas, they are not necessarily included in any holiday. Photos reflecting hotel rooms may not be specific to the actual room assigned upon check-in.
Booking within 30 Days of departure:
  • Full payment of package for all the passengers is required at the time of booking.
Booking within 60 Days of departure:
  • 75% of the package cost (per person) as deposit to be paid at the time of booking.
  • Balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before departure date.
Booking within 90 Days of departure:
  • £250 per person as a deposit to be paid at the time of booking.
  • Another payment of 50% (per person) is required within 30 days from the booking.
  • Balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before departure date.
Booking within 120 Days of departure:
  • £100 per person as a deposit is required at the time of booking.
  • Another payment of 50% (per person) is required within 30 days from the booking.
  • Balance must be cleared at least 30 days before departure date.
Any cancellation request/notice should be sent in writing (by email/letter) immediately; depending on the information provided (we can ask for any additional information if required).
Once we receive the request our refund department will be dealt as per TTG guidelines.
Refund process will take up to 15 working days.
Any Refund money will be paid by bank transfer only.

Cancellation After booking within 30 Days - 120 days before departure date:
  • £50 per person will be deducted from the deposit paid as admin/ cancellation charges.
After 30 Days of booking – 90 days before departure date:
  • £100 per person will be deducted from the money paid as admin/ cancellation charges.
Within 60 days of departure date:
  • £150 per person will be deducted from the money paid as an admin/cancellation charges.
Cancellation within 30 Days of departure date:
  • No Umrah package money will be refunded with the exception of serious life threatening medical grounds/conditions will be considered and on TTG discretionary partial refund will be processed.
Apart from the above conditions in flight inclusive Umrah Packages; customer is liable to pay any cancellation charges before departure due to the airlines. Each airline has its own policy with regards to cancellation request before departure. You will also incur additional admin charges.
Booking within 30 Days of departure:
  • Full payment of package for all the passengers is required at the time of booking.
Booking within 60 Days of departure:
  • 75% of the package cost (per person) as deposit to be paid at the time of booking.
  • Balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before departure date.
Booking within 90 Days of departure:
  • 50% of the package cost (per person) as a deposit to be paid at the time of booking.
  • Another payment of 25% (per person) is required within 30 days from the booking.
  • Balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before departure date.
Booking within 120 Days of departure:
  • £1500 per person as a deposit is required at the time of booking.
  • Another payment of 50% (per person) is required within 60 days from the booking.
  • Balance must be cleared at least 30 days before departure date.
Booking within 150 Days of departure:
  • £1000 per person as a deposit is required at the time of booking.
  • Another payment of 50% (per person) is required within 30 days from the booking.
  • Balance must be cleared at least 30 days before departure date.
Cancellation After booking within 30 Days:
  • 0 – 15 Days: 25% of deposit money (per person) will be deducted from the money paid.
  • 15 – 30 Days: 50% of deposit money (per person) will be deducted from the money paid.
After 30 Days of booking – 60 days before departure date:
  • Full deposit money (per person) will be deducted from the money paid. Any money paid (or Full deposit money) paid is non-refundable.
Within 8 weeks of departure date:
  • NO refunds will be given if customer decide to cancel the confirmed Hajj booking unless there are serious medical reasons disclosed (serious/major operation/surgery, in that case a letter is required from the doctor) or in case of death, only 50% refund will be offered.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cater for any special dietry requirements.
We are not a specialist disabled holiday company, but we will do our utmost to cater for any special requirements you may have. If you or any member of your party has any medical problem or disability which may affect your stay, please provide us with full details before we confirm your booking so that we can try to advise you as to the suitability of your chosen arrangements.

Takbeer Tourism Group is unable to provide any facilities specifically tailored for customers with disabilities and special medical conditions such as specially adapted disable rooms, disable friendly bathroom/toilets, disable friendly buses, ramps into the Tents both in Mina and Arafat and particularly there is no arrangement in Mudh’alifah as well. Hence, we don’t have any control over the facilities provided by the Hajj Ministry during the Hajj days, where facilities are provided by the Hajj Ministry and Moual’im.

Note: If you or any member of your family has any severe medical problem, disability and obesity related problems which may affect their, your stay and affect the group. You must notify us with full details of the disability and severe medical condition before we confirm your booking accordingly we can try to advise you as to the suitability of your chosen arrangements.

Acting fairly, if we are unable to properly accommodate the needs of the person(s) concerned, we will not confirm your booking or if you fail to disclose the full details with us at the time of booking, we reserve the right to cancel your Booking that result in you will be liable to pay cancellation & admin charges when/as soon as it comes to our knowledge.
If customer (s) has any complaint or issue during their holiday, it must be reported to our tour guide immediately. However, in the absence of the tour guide during the trip, it must be reported directly to the head office of Takbeer Tourism Group within 24hrs so that our team can deal with your complaint & try to resolve it. However, we can’t control urgent hysterical or out of control incidents.

If you are not satisfied with the service during your stay, then you should report the problem to us within 14 days from the arrival date of your trip so that our Complain team can deal with your complaint & try to resolve it.
Consumer claims should be cleared whilst on package any claims made in writing within 14 days of return, with supporting documentation will be entertained. Such claims should be addressed and forwarded in writing.

We recommend that you print a copy of the applicable booking terms and conditions when making a booking. Booking conditions contain limitations and exclusions of liability, and cancellation and amendment charges are payable if a booking is cancelled or amended after it has been confirmed.

No warranties, promises or representations of any kind, express or implied, are given as to the accuracy of any of the information on this website or as to the nature, standard, suitability or otherwise of any services offered by us or on our behalf. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage of whatever nature (direct, indirect, consequential or other) that may arise as a result, directly or indirectly, from the use of any of the information or material contained on this website and the use of or access to any other information or material from this website, or any inability to access this website. These exclusions of liability apply only to the extent permitted by law and, except for information or material accessed via other websites or supplied by an identified third party, where consistent with the applicable booking conditions. If any of these exclusions, in whole or in part, are found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable for any other reasons, that exclusion or part of the exclusion shall| be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the other exclusion's in question.

1- We also hold no liability for acts of governments or other authorities, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, or from any causes beyond Takbeer Tourism Group control, or from any loss or damage resulting from improper passports, visas or other documents.

2- Takbeer Tourism Group shall not be responsible for failure to follow instructions, including but not limited to check-in and check-out times, baggage handling and additional travel requirements.

3- Takbeer Tourism Group takes, in the event of flight delay or miss connection, no responsibility of any additional costs due to delay or miss connection of confirm flights, baggage lost or delay or transit layover hotel accommodations. It is the responsibility of the airlines to determine exactly what procedures are to be followed.

4- If your application for the Hajj or Umrah Visa is rejected due to personal circumstances or lack of documentation, then you we will be held responsible for all financial or consequential loss.

5- You are required to respect the privacy of others at all times, especially in the holy cities, by lowering your voices, avoiding arguments and not causing disorder whether in the group or within your rooms or at public areas.

6- Takbeer Tourism Group will not be responsible for any lost, damaged or delay of luggage but will try to offer full support and help if luggage is lost in trying to recover it. We will not be financially responsible for its replacement and neither responsible for the missing luggage paperwork and for the picking up and delivering of your luggage.

7- Each person will be responsible for their health costs, both from the illness and any consequences that arise, unless agreed by us in writing.

8- Anything not included within the standard package offer, will need to be paid for separately. If you have any special or specific/additional requirements you must inform us at the time of booking, or we may not be able to arrange the required facilities and you will be liable for additional cost.

9- All documents will be posted out to applicants via Royal Mail special delivery and we will be not responsible for any loss of original documents. Please provide copies of supporting documents unless otherwise agreed.

10- It is your duty to ensure we have the relevant documents

11- Safeguarding of the belongings is the responsibility of the passenger and Takbeer Tourism Group has no liability for misplaced or theft during the journey.

12- All hotels are as per Saudi Ministry rating and cannot be compared to UK standard.
